The new show of the Naagin 5 actor will be bankrolled by Gatha Production. It is also been said that Jana Na Dil Se Door actress Shilpa Tulaskar will be essaying the role of Sharad Malhotra's mother, though there is no confirmation about the same. It will be a show based on historical story. This will be the first time that Sharad and Shilpa will be working together as mother and son. The show seems to be in the casting stage, and soon, an announcement will be made on the same. Well, this will be a great news for all Sharad Malhotra fans. Surely this will be the best thing after Naagin 5. Earlier, Sharad Malhotra in a chat with Calcutta Times, spoke about his the fun he had on sets of Naagin 5. He said, "You get used to a certain routine. When you work round the clock with the same set of people, you become a big, happy working family. As the project gets over, there's suddenly a void. Your daily schedule changes. You miss those evening addas, having coffee with the cast and all the action on the set. Am missing all the fun." Sharad Malhotra's sizzling chemistry with Surbhi Chandna became the talk of the town. The actor spoke about his co-star.
He said, "People keep talking about our chemistry, but it was not at all planned. We worked together for the first time. She is a bundle of energy on the set. It was very organic. We kind of clicked. It was effortless and together we managed to create some magic. I think our viewers liked that. It is always the audience's love that matters. They make us what we are."
