Anupamaa is one of the most-watched TV shows in the country. Rupali Ganguly plays Anupamaa and her character portrayal has been lauded by a lot of people and the masses. Rupali is truly doing a fab job as the protagonist, Anupamaa, who embarks on a journey of self-discovery after she comes across her husband, Vanraj Shah aka Sudhanshu Pandey's infidelity. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the cast and crew of Anupamaa had moved to Silvassa to shoot for the episodes since the Maharashtra government had announced a lockdown in the state. It's been a long time that they are shooting outdoor and away from home. And hence, missing home or feeling homesick is quite natural. Our Anupamaa aka Rupali Ganguly is feeling homesick too. She took to her social media handle and shared a picture and a heartfelt song with an improv lyric as she misses her home.
Rupali Ganguly shared a beautiful picture of herself and captioned the post saying, "Kahin door jab din dhal jaaye ... saanjh ki kiranein .... Ghar ki yaad bohot sataye." She posted a heartbreak emoticon alongside it. The song is from Rajesh Khanna starrer Aanand and is one of the iconic songs. Have a dekko at her post here:
A couple of weeks ago, Rupali had penned a heartfelt note as she missed her husband and her son. The actress revealed that she had never stayed away from her family for such a long time. Sharing a selfie with her husband and son, Rupali Ganguly captioned the post saying, "Home is where the heart is..... since I can't go home, my two hearts came to meet me. The men i love most. My Baby and his Baapu The first time I have been away from my son so long ..... never have left him for more than a day .... my heart breaks every time I crave to hug him ... conversations and being with the husband and family is only virtual ... Hope this passes soon .... Trying times for everyone.....for our little ones too as they stay locked up in their homes and are not allowed to step outdoor to play .. Please stay home , stay safe and break the chain."
