3 Movies Rejected By Ayushmann Khurrana:

Lust Stories:

Lust Stories still

Vicky Kaushal’s role in Lust Stories (as a guy who has a problem sexually satisfying his wife) opposite Kiara Advani was first offered to Ayushmann.

But as per Latestly report, the Article 15 actor turned down the part since he didn’t want to get typecast as the guy with ‘performance issues’. He had previously played a sperm donor in Vicky Donor and a guy with erectile dysfunction in Shubh Mangal Saavdhan.

Stree:

The horror-comedy movie Stree featuring Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor was a blockbuster hit!

As per Republic World report, Ayushmann was offered Stree first but he rejected it. Though he didn’t reveal his reason for doing so, he expressed his regret at passing on the opportunity.

3) Hungama 2

Meezaan Jaffery-Shilpa Shetty starrer Hungama 2 was initially offered to Ayushmann Khurrana, Kartik Aaryan and Sidharth Malhotra.

But all these actors refused the role. The Hungama 2 director Priyadarshan had commented on the development saying – “I don’t blame them for refusing, because if an actor doesn’t feel confident about a director, they shouldn’t do the film. Because then there will not be a comfortable interaction. Maybe these boys are more comfortable working with the new school; I belong to the old-school.”

Meanwhile, talking about Ayushmann’s upcoming projects – he has movies like Anek, Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui and Doctor G lined up ahead of him
