- Cabbage flower - 1
- Potato - 2
- Tomato - 2
- Ginger - 1
- Green chili - 2
- Green coriander - finely chopped
- Cumin - 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1
- pinch Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- 2 large cardamom
- 1/2 inch cinnamon
- 3 cloves
- 8-10 black pepper
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1tsp
- Red chili powder - 1/2tsp
- Kasoori Fenugreek - 2 tsp
- salt - as per taste
INSTRUCTIONS: How to make Aloo Gobi ki Sabzi?
Step: 1 Wash the cabbage pieces by removing the stalks of cabbage and cut them into small pieces. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut one potato into 6 pieces.
Step: 2 Grind tomatoes, ginger, and green chilies, cut some ginger into long and thin pieces. Put oil in a pan and heat it well, when the oil is hot, add potatoes and fry them.
Step: 3 When the potatoes are light brown, take them out, now put the cabbage in this oil and fry them. When the cabbage turns light brown, take it out as well.
Step: 4 Remove the excess oil by leaving 2-3 tbsp oil in the pan, put cumin and asafetida in the oil, after roasting the cumin seeds, chopped ginger, turmeric powder, coriander powder, green chilies, and coarsely crushed garam masala and kasoori Add fenugreek and fry it.
Step: 5 Add tomato, ginger, green chili paste, and add red chili powder and fry till oil starts floating over the spices.
Step: 6 After the masala is roasted, add a cup of water, salt, and garam masala to it. When it comes to a boil, add fried cabbage-potatoes and green coriander, mix it and cover and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
