Want to enjoy the flavors of Hakka noodles but are not in the mood of chicken? Worry not; enjoy a similar recipe with the goodness of eggs in it. Egg Hakka noodles has a similar process of cooking, all you need to do is make some minor changes here and there and replace chicken with eggs.

Ingredients of Egg Hakka Noodles

  • 1 packet noodles
  • 2 Egg1 Carrot
  • 1 Capsicum1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • to taste salt
  • Black pepper powder (as required)
  • for garnishing spring onions

How to Make Egg Hakka Noodles?

Take water in a pan, add salt and noodles to it and let it simmer for 5-6 minutes on a medium flame.

Strain the noodles and add 1 tsp of oil, mix well and set aside for 10-15 minutes.

Break the eggs in a bowl. Add salt and pepper powder. Mix it well.

To make the noodles, put oil with all the vegetables in a pan and fry on a high flame for 2-3 minutes.

Add boiled noodles, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, ketchup and chili sauce to it. Mix everything and cook for about 2 minutes.

Now add the cooked egg and green onions. Run it well and cook for another minute. Hot - serve hot.
