INGREDIENTS

  •   Milk - 1 liter
  •   Custard Powder - 1 tsp
  •   Sugar - 1 bowl
  •   1 bowl - chopped almonds and pistachios
  •   1 tsp - cardamom powder
  •   Saffron threads 10-12
  •   whole almonds 20

INSTRUCTIONS

Step: 1 First of all, keep 15-20 almonds to soak in water a night before. And in the morning, take out the skin of almonds and put it in a mixer jar and make a paste by adding a spoonful of milk to it.

Step: 2 Now in another bowl add milk and one spoon of custard powder and mix. There should be no lumps in it. Now put milk in a thick bottomed pan and heat it on low flame.

Step: 3 When it starts boiling, add saffron threads and cardamom powder and cook for 2 minutes while stirring. So that the flavors of saffron and cardamom mix well in the milk. (Cook the milk on medium flame and keep stirring continuously with a spoon so that the milk does not burn from the edges and in the bottom)

Step: 4 Now the milk has thickened, then add some chopped almonds and pistachios and cook for 2 minutes. After this, turn off the gas and keep it aside to cool down a bit.

Step: 5 When it cools down a bit, then keep it in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Then take it out of the fridge and put it in a glass and serve it by adding chopped almonds, pistachios on top.
