- 250 grams of smoked salmon
- 3 large cucumbers
- 200 ml sour cream
- 1 cup gin
- 1/4 cup parsley + additional sprigs for garnish, chopped
- salt to taste
How to make Fluffy Salmon Cucumber Rolls?
Slice the cucumber lengthwise using a mandoline slicer.
Put the gin in a bowl and soak the cucumber slices in it. Keep it aside for 2 hours.
Beat sour cream until smooth. Keep aside.
Take a slice of a cucumber and spread a spoonful of sour cream on one side. Place the smoked salmon slices on the camber slices and fold up the edges. Layer it with more sour cream.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and then carefully roll the pieces together. You can use a skewer to pin it.
Repeat the same process with the remaining slices. serve chilled.
