Ingredients of Singapore Fried Rice
- 1 cup rice
- 1 garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup spring onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup capsicum
- 1/4 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 green chili
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tablespoons red chili sauce or peri peri sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
- salt as required
How to make Singapore Fried Rice?
1. Cook the rice al dente and cool it completely.
2. Heat oil in a pan, fry till the smell of garlic comes. Now add spring onions, green chillies and carrots and toss for a few minutes.
3. Add capsicum and salt, fry till the vegetables are cooked.
4. Now put rice in the pan and put all the sauce. Season it with black pepper and toss it until it mixes well.
5. Singapore Fried Rice is ready!
